Description

This is a full turnaround of the character Raina Riviera, the main protagonist of the Prince of Trinita! [link]

Here's the scoop:

ORIGIN: Raina is a fishergirl living in a small fishing village known as Fisher's Point. One day, while fishing, she found a legendary weapon known as the Aquasword, and then heard that the Prince of Trinita had been kidnapped. With her new weapon, Raina vowed to save him.

STRENGTHS:
+Easy-going, level-headed, and generally cheerful
+Very Brave
+Fairly Strong
+Inordinately Resilient (Bordering on Made of Iron)
+Ambidextrous (Leads with Left hand, though)

WEAKNESSES:
-Not very smart
-Socially awkward (Expect lots of misheard phrases and her not knowing when to shut up)
-Clumsy
-Niave
-No actual combat training

APPEARANCE:
Height: '5"7
Weight: 190 IBS
Hair: Brown/Black
Eyes: Blue (Kinda sky blue, too)
SKIN TONE: Mid-light

Okay, that's it.

ART NOTES: For this piece, I created the character sheet and then flatted it in. No shades have been used here, so that it's easier to pick the colour palette.

Though Raina's a fantasy character, I've decided to give her a more-or-less modern look. Why is that?

Well, to be honest, I'm trying to make a good-natured and funny heroine that we can all relate to. Giving her a modern-ish, working class look kinda goes with that. That, and I sometimes tire of all fantasy stories having to look like costume dramas. So, yeah. That's my two cents.

Anyhoo, in the event that you want to do some art based on Trinita's leading protagonist, you now have this character sheet to refer to!

Have fun,

PS. Yes, seriously, you can make stuff using this character sheet. I haven't included the CC license just for the fun of it you know. That said, there are two conditions:

1) I am the creator of this work, and I hold the copyright. You need to credit me as such.

2)Please don't try to sell any derivative work based on this character. I need that income to eat and stuff.

That is all.

ah, nice attempt at a turnaround - i haven't gone to the trouble of making one of these yet, but i will soon. her face looks a bit flat, like you've smashed it with a brick or something - you've got to remember the brow above the eye socket and where the eyebrow would connect with the nose/forehead. also her clothes don't appear to conform to her figure very fluidly, especially around the hip area. some anatomy and fashion studies would patch that right up.
