First of all, I'd like to wish a Happy Easter to everybody here on DA!  I hope you folks have a ton of fun, eat a little chocolate, and of course, dye hard.

1. An Interview!
I recently got interviewed by 's own *Rama-Kay!  She asked me some pretty great questions about art, what I'm doing, and why I'm doing it.  If you were ever curious about what materials I use, why I've been on DA for nearly a decade, or why I'm an artist at all, this interview should help answer your burning questions.


2. North Korea's Throwing a Tantrum
Well, I'm sure I'm not the first one who's covered this, but since Kim Jong Un took over Korea, the whole country appears to have been throwing a bit of a temper tantrum.



Here's their official "declaration" of war, though keep in mind they've already technically been at war for over 60 years: [link]

Here are two things to keep in mind:
1) While North Korea does have at least a few nuclear missiles, they can only go so far.
It's estimated that North Korea's missiles could only go as far as Hawaii (If even that far), and while that would be bad for the tourism industry (not to mention the folks living there), it's a far cry from hitting the White House, or even a particularly significant military target.

2) North Korea is vastly outnumbered.
Let us not forget that NATO still exists.  Even if North Korea were able to stub the toe of the US, as it were, by doing so, it would only successfully incur the wrath and ire of every nation its allied with via NATO, namely Canada, Britain, France, and many other, more capable military powers.
And since North Korea is an established dictatorship, these nations would not hesitate in acting to bring the North Korean regime to a long-awaited end.

Now, granted, if you live in South Korea, the next few months are going to be uneasy for you.  It's my hope that you guys get through this with a minimum amount of casualties, and get to actually live as peacefully as you ought to have been able to for the last 60 years.  But know this, you guys have one, incredibly important advantage that North Korea does not.
You've got allies.
